Childhood Psychology

Psycho-education Sessions: Psycho-education sessions are the sessions meant for teaching individuals about life skills, such as coping skills, study skills, dealing with emotional expressions etc. They are meant to teach the individual certain techniques and strategies that he/she can use in their daily lives to master these life skills. And hence, equip the individual to deal with situations better by employing the strategies learnt. 

Individual Therapy:  This is a One-on-One session with the client and the therapist/counsellor; which gives the individual a space to express concerns without judgement, gain insights and deal with concerns collaboratively. The following are the services available for Individual Therapy.

With changes in working schedules, work from home and having to manage household chores, work, family and kids; time management, organization, planning and stress management have becomes especially important. Experiencing burnout has become common and  balancing work and personal life has become more difficult. Especially during work from home, where work space and home distinction is lost. Effective coping, time management and work-life balance skills can help reduce the stress and burnout.  

Grief Counselling

 Dealing with death can be a very difficult thing and time to go through. The death of a loved one can bring about overwhelming emotions and thoughts. But avoiding them or bottling them up is unhealthy not only to our mind, but body as well. Hence, it is important to deal and cope with them, even though they maybe be overwhelming. â€‹

Grief counselling helps you understand grief, helps you deal and express emotions, thoughts and in finding healthy ways to cope.

Especially in troubling times like these, grief counselling maybe especially important. Battling untimely deaths can be especially difficult. Social support and taking help can go a long way in dealing with grief.
